What is the HealthPointe Programme?

We also suggest you download the HealthPointe app from your app store, you will receive an app activation code in your HealthPointe kit. You will also need your real food supplements to bridge the nutritional gap, your HealthPoint coach will help you to access them.

What to expect

The HealthPointe programme is designed to run for 45 days:

3 preparation days, 28 days of rapid weight loss, 14 days of metabolic adjustment.

During the first 28 days there will be some important changes in your body as it begins to use stored fat as fuel, as your body is programmed to do naturally. That is the whole point of storing fat – to be used as fuel when needed.

You will be able tto establish and identify true hunger and satiety signals, guiding food choices and eating habits. Your body will  become more sensitive to the action of insulin, alleviating insulin resistance and its dangerous consequences.

Your fat cells will reduce in size and as your body uses fat as fuel you will lose centimetres (or inches) where you gained them. Your fat cells will reduce the flow of inflammatory chemicals and increase the flow of other chemicals that reduce hunger and deduce insulin sensitivity.

Intra-abdominal fat will reduce and with it your risk of diseases like stroke, cardiac complications and diabetes. Your body will be less acidic and your gut flora will rebalance helping minimise digestive disorders, and cravings.
